At DramaMax, we respect your privacy. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion:

Option 1 (In-App): Open DramaMax > Go to Profile > Tap Delete Account.

Option 2 (Web / Email Request): Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "DramaMax Account Deletion Request" along with your registered account email address.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:

User profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture)
Watch history, favorites, and saved playlists
In-app rewards and coins balance

Data Retention:

Some financial transaction records may be retained for accounting and compliance purposes as required by law.
